All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are correct at the time of placing the order. Urviraa is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect details.

Delayed or Failed Delivery
Delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and inform us immediately for assistance.

International Shipping
Currently, Urviraa ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
